The 96-room hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the Civil Airport Harni and the central business district, and is designed with modern amenities for today's business traveller, creating an environment that focuses on the warmth and simplicity of delivering a seamless hospitality experience.

The Hotel is located in Alkapuri, the city's commercial district, and is close to upscale fashion boutiques, lifestyle stores, and popular local attractions such as Laxmi Vilas Palace, Sur Sagar Lake, and Sayaji Baug. It has 96 spacious rooms and suites with modern design elements and modern essentials. All guest rooms and bathrooms are well-appointed with features such as large 55" flat screen TVs, work areas with flexible ergonomic desks and chairs, minibars, and a comfortable couch that doubles up as a plush day bed, ideal for a mid-day power nap. Enhanced public spaces reflect the Fairfield by Marriott brand's'modern calm' aesthetic, which includes open spaces.

Teal, the hotel's all-day dining restaurant, serves distinctive Indian fare and international specialties for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can dine al fresco on the terrace or in the private dining room for a more intimate experience. The Market, a 24-hour convenience store, stocks daily necessities and serves as a grab-and-go location for those late-night food cravings.
