January 20, 2020 (IANSlife) The 37th edition of the yearly fundraiser ‘Spring Food Festival’ will be held on February 2 at Lajpat Bhawan, New Delhi.

Delicious home-cooked national and international cuisines are the specialities of the festival. It will also feature an extensive Thrift and Gift shop and a huge collection of books at the bookstall.

The funds collected will be used for healthcare and education of the 18 ‘Balwadis’ (preschools).

The festival is organised by the Sisters Of The People, the women’s wing of Servants Of The People Society - Delhi Branch.

Sisters of the People is a valiant group of women who strive to give underprivileged children a good start in life. It runs 18 Balwadis in poor areas around Delhi.

Entry Fee: Rs 50 per head
Meal for two: Rs 300 - 500
