Summers are hard on the skin every year. The scorching heat, pollution, humidity, and other factors remove its natural radiance and, in some cases, invite infections. Here are eight incredibly simple tips by Dr. Noopur Jain, MD Dermatology to keep your skin glowing.

1)Sunscreen is a must

You've probably heard it before, but sunscreen is a must-have no matter the season. "As the final step in your daily skin care routine, start with a lotion or cream base for your SPF. " There are also inventive ways to reapply sunscreen, which you should do every two hours.

Powders, sticks, and sprays are examples of this. Whatever formula you choose, always remember to use sunscreen, even if the weather is cloudy or overcast.

2)Exfoliation is important

Exfoliating once or twice a week, especially in the summer, is one of the simplest skincare treatments to overlook. It helps in removing dead skin cells lowers dullness and helps skin acquire that coveted summer glow. Adding a light alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) exfoliant to your routine will help enhance the overall texture and clarity of your skin.'

3)Load up on antioxidants

Antioxidants are beneficial to your skin since they help to slow down the ageing process and maintain the general health of your skin. Antioxidant-rich serums and moisturisers must be kept handy. Antioxidant-rich face products will protect your skin from environmental harm, moisturise it, and help it produce more collagen. Make antioxidants a part of your diet to up your antioxidant intake. Vitamin C and Vitamin E-rich foods are beneficial to your skin. Stock up on citrus fruits, melon, green and leafy vegetables, and nuts to protect your skin and boost its radiance.

4Clinical Treatments as opposed to salon treatments

There are a plethora of treatments available these days to help you look your best and boost your self-esteem. Waxing and parlour facials are becoming obsolete as people prefer Laser hair reduction and Medifacials, which are both safer and provide longer-lasting benefits. They help one to achieve radiant skin.

"Our centre has been providing an extensive range of dermatology, cosmetology and plastic surgery treatments. Now we are excited to add weight-loss and nutrition programs and services provided by our trained staff of aestheticians and practitioners," said Dr. Noopur Jain, MD, Chief Dermatologist & Founder at SkinZest Wellness, and the in-house specialist of Dermatology and Cosmetology.
